My approach is grounded in the principles of person-centred counselling. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that healing begins when you feel truly heard, accepted, and understood. I will not direct or diagnose, I will walk alongside you as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and reflect deeply. Whether you are facing grief, identity struggles, anxiety, or simply a sense of being lost, our work together is about making meaning, finding clarity, and reconnecting with your inner strength.
If you are interested I also offer creative methods such as art-based techniques to help express emotions that may be difficult to articulate. These are entirely optional and tailored to your comfort and preferences.
My practice is trauma-informed, which means I am mindful of how past experiences can shape present emotions and behaviours. You will not be asked to revisit painful memories unless you feel ready. Together, we create a space that feels safe, empowering, and attuned to your needs.
